TIMESlice7 is designed around offline data management and processing, so you can absolutely use it as isolated software without connecting to the internet. However, for convenience, TIMESlice7 provides network support in four places: software activation, model download, model sharing, and log submission. Software activation and model download can both be completed on this site, though doing so is a bit more complicated than using the software directly. Model sharing currently does not support computers without internet access, but this should have little impact on your research. Log submission sends the software's runtime logs to the developer to help troubleshoot issues.
